Are you feeling anxious about your upcoming VASAP/DUI assessment?

We understand, and we're here to help guide you through the process and ease any concerns you may have. Here's what you can expect from start to finish.

Getting Started:

Your journey begins with a simple phone call to schedule your appointment. During this call, we'll ask for your full name, address, date of birth, and a preferred email address so we can send you appointment reminders. We'll also go over pricing and find a time that fits your schedule.

Before Your Appointment:

Please set aside about 1 hour and 15 minutes for your visit, which includes completing intake paperwork and processing payment. If you have a case manager, please contact them to select us as your provider in the portal (you may need to sign a form for this step).

We'll send you confirmation and reminders via your preferred method (email, phone call, or text message) before your appointment. On the day of your assessment, one of our friendly staff members will greet you upon arrival and assist you with check-in and payment.

During Your Assessment:

You'll be guided to one of our comfortable therapy rooms to complete your intake documents. Once that's done, one of our ASAM-trained therapists will conduct your assessment, which typically takes about an hour. It's important to be open and honest during the session so we can accurately assess your needs and provide the best recommendations. Remember, the best answers are the truthful ones, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

After Your Assessment:

We'll send your treatment report to your case manager within two weeks of your assessment. If your evaluation indicates that additional support is needed, we offer Early Intervention Classes and Individualized Treatment. For your convenience, these classes can be held virtually; however, please note that payment is required 24 hours before the class begins. Payments can be made in person, through a payment link sent to you, or via the Pay Now link on our website at: www.myccsva.com.

We hope this guide helps ease your mind as you navigate the VASAP process. We're dedicated to helping you through this journey, and we look forward to serving you.
