Euronda Travis serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Clinical Director with 20 years of experience working in the human services field with children, adolescents and adults. She holds a Master of Science Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Rehabilitation Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Euronda is a lifelong Virginia resident and a product of Chesterfield County Schools. She is passionate about changing the culture of community based service delivery, her community and those she serves. A true Southern girl, she loves the outdoors, the water and spending time with love ones.
As an advocate for change within the community, Carolina has comprised a multitude of resources that has continued to service families within the Richmond metropolitan area for over five years. She has helped enlighten individuals with opportunities and enjoys helping others build a support system mainly through creating and strengthening meaningful relationships, providing operative communication, and linking families to various resources and services.
Teka Johnson serves as the Lead Clinician/Clinical Supervisor at CCSVA. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years experience in the Mental Health field, servicing diverse populations. Drawing from her experiences providing services in the home, school, community, and hospital environments, Teka is passionate about empowering individuals to shift their mindset, practice new habits, and create a healthy and whole life. A Virginia native, but newbie to Richmond, VA, Teka enjoys live music, authentic Jamaican food, creative arts, and time with her dog, Prince Charming.
Julia Merk serves as the Clinical Supervisor of the Crisis Stabilization, Mental Health Skill Building, and half of the Intensive In Home Program. She draws on her experience working with children who have survived trauma and attachment raptures to support and guide her team. Julia has been a Social Worker in Richmond City for 8 years and is excited to continue serving her community. In her spare time Julia enjoys spending time with her family and traveling as much as she can.
Courtney Ford serves as the Program Manager for Crisis Stabilization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Courtney has worked with multiple In Home intensive programs and is an advocate in helping those in need to learn the necessary skills to thrive. Courtney is a true country girl with southern hospitality and charm. In her spare time Courtney enjoys spending time with her 6 month old daughter, family and traveling.
Karen McCormick serves as the Office Manager with over 20 years of administrative experience. Karen is originally from Middletown NJ and moved to Chesterfield 15 years ago. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family, traveling and enjoying outdoor activities.
Ashley Williams is a native of Clinton, Maryland. She serves as a Program Manager for of Intensive In-Home and Mental Health Skill Building Services at CCSVA. She holds a bachelors degree from Norfolk State University. She has 10+ years in the Mental Health field within various departments. She enjoys shopping, traveling, reading, and spending time with family. She is passionate about advocating for others and helping them reach their highest potential.
Ebony Cowan serves as the Financial Manager for CCSVA. She was born and raised in Queens, NY. She has been in Healthcare Administration and billing for over 10 years and has worked in Medical and Behavioral Health for Facilities and Private Practices. She loves dining out, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Her mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style. - M.A.
