Mission Statement

Comprehensive Counseling Solutions of Virginia (CCSVA) is a human services leader transforming lives through early childhood, family stability, and mental health services. As a solutions-driven organization committed to rewriting narratives for the most vulnerable in our community; Comprehensive Counseling Solutions of Virginia achieves this by providing comprehensive, evidence-based services for children (ages 5 - 20), adults (ages 21 - 65) and their families, virtually and in-person. In addition, we aim to build resiliency in each client to help them reach their full potential. There will always be a Licensed Mental Health Professional on call after regular business hours, which is 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with 24/7 availability.

Our client directed services will build upon the strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences of the client. In collaboration with other agencies and/or organizations, employees seek to maximize the resources available and attend to concerns for the safety of clients, families and the communities served. In addition, leadership will strive to manage fiscal resources effectively and responsibly.

Admission decisions are made by intake/clinicians on a first come first served basis. Final admission decisions are made by the Clinical Director. Comprehensive Counseling Solutions of Virginia has no waiting lists. If a client cannot be served within our agency within 48 hours for urgent services and seven days for routine services, a referral will be made to an appropriate entity.
